Hi Wendy! Almost 20 years ago, whenever we went to the park for a picnic, I would stop at Jake’s on Broadway and 89th street and get their delicious salmon patties! As you said, they were wonderful hot, lukewarm or cold from the fridge! Anna loved them and as a toddler she would bring them to River Park Nursery School as a snack! This food in particular brings just great and delicious memories….thank you! I will definitely use your recipe!
